Prior to joining, Mr. Oppenheimer has extensive business development experience that includes creating a nationwide expansion of a niche restoration business – residentially and commercially, partnering a joint venture with the Rehab Institute of Chicago, facilitating over $ 20 mm of small business financing through factoring programs for domestic and international corporations and providing general counsel and legal consulting services involving business start ups, real estate development, and civil litigation. Mr. Oppenheimer received a BS in Industrial Relations Management from NIU and a Juris Doctor from IIT – Chicago Kent School of law. Mr. Oppenheimer is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois, in both state and federal courts and also holds a real estate brokers license in Illinois.
