At the helm of I2R, is a highly experienced and successful entrepreneur Adam Fridman. Adam founded I2R after spending over 10 years starting, consulting, managing, and funding numerous entrepreneurial ventures across multiple sectors and industries.

Adam started his corporate career in 1998 and his primary responsibilities included creating corporate budgets and forecasts for Cooper Lighting,a manufacturer of lighting products with $1.5 billion in revenue.
Adam continued on to investment banking where he performed over 100 valuations for companies across 30 industries with revenues ranging from $10 million to $1.5 billion. These valuations provided the framework for private market transactions, ongoing litigation and mergers and acquisitions.
While working as an investment banker, Adam completed his Master of Science in Finance from Kellstadt Graduate School of Business in 2003 with focus on Corporate Risk Management and Financial Engineering. Post graduation, Adam entered strategic business development and management consulting industry with a focus on servicing start ups and corporate turnarounds. Scope of engagements varied from strategic planning to hands on management of everyday operations for the clients business during stabilization.
In 2008, with a business model for sales growth turned upside down, Adam searched for a low cost but effective alternative to developing lead, appointment setting and sales generation for his clients.
Current market conditions demanded IMMEDIATE and TANGIBLE results for a business to survive prosper and grow, so Adam turned his full attention to developing a “one source-one world” strategic business development company.
In 2009, this concept became a reality, when Adam launched Idea2result employing B2B professionals in locations throughout the world.

Mr. Oppenheimer joined in 2010 as senior vice president of new business development and strategic planning.
Prior to joining, Mr. Oppenheimer has extensive business development experience that includes creating a nationwide expansion of a niche restoration business - residentially and commercially, partnering a joint venture with the Rehab Institute of Chicago, facilitating over $ 20 mm of small business financing through factoring programs for domestic and international corporations and providing general counsel and legal consulting services involving business start ups, real estate development, and civil litigation. Mr. Oppenheimer received a BS in Industrial Relations Management from NIU and a Juris Doctor from IIT - Chicago Kent School of law. Mr. Oppenheimer is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois, in both state and federal courts and also holds a real estate brokers license in Illinois.

After nearly a decade of highly successful sales and marketing experience in pharmaceuticals, he entered the realm of Internet Marketing in 2008. With several years of high profile success under his belt, Brian continues to offer valuable insight and search engine marketing expertise to clients all across America every day.
